Competitive analysis

I compared The Craddock Group and Soderstrom Architects because both operate within healthcare planning, facilities, and built environments similar to Sentinel’s market. I reviewed how each company presented projects and credibility inorder to create opportunities for Sentinel.
The analysis showed an opportunity for Sentinel to combine clear consulting expertise with strong project storytelling. This influenced my decision to simplify content and emphasize Sentinel’s veteran-owned identity.

Results
The final website created a stronger digital presence for Sentinel, making its services, experience, and projects easier to understand and explore. The streamlined design provides potential clients with a clearer path to learn about the company and make contact.
